Have the job site built before you even start!  3D modeling a site will lower your survey bids and all but eliminate your need for survey re staking.  No more waiting for survey layout.   Saving you and your company thousands of dollars.

Supply the engineers Autocad or Microstation files (.dwg, .dxf, or .dgn) and the corresponding construction set of plans (PDF format or hard copy).  Choose your design surface (subgrade or design) and let us do the rest.  

You will receive two data files, ".dxf" (design line work) and ".ttm" (design surface).  Combine these files with your GPS rover localization file and upload into your GPS rover or GPS controlled machine (dozer, backhoe, motor grader, etc.).

If there are changes to the design along the way.  No problem.  Send the revised Autocad or Microstation files and plans,  the original 3D model will be updated to the current plans and two revised data files (design line work and design surface) will be sent promptly.
